"Life is too short for white wine." I used to say that all the time until I realized every white wine isn't either an over-oaked Chardonnay or a sugar bomb. There are so many delicate and intricate white wines that deserve a chance to shine. On July 21st at 2:30 p.m., we’ll take a walk and talk about it. We’ll discuss the different varietals, soil types, and how white wines are made in a few of the most wine-focused restaurants in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood. In 3 hours, we’ll walk you through how to taste wine, what to look for, and most importantly - have you sample six different 2 oz. pours of the wines we’re talking about.
You will visit Voyager, Mistral, and Kindred - each restaurant will provide you with a bite-sized food pairing to compliment your wine, and help make it that much more dynamic.
